MELISSA “TAMMY” FEINLCSWMelissa “Tammy” Fein received a Bachelors Degree from Sweet Briar College in Virginia in 1991. She received a Masters Degree from Barry University in Miami, Florida in 1995.
Tammy became a licensed psychotherapist in the state of Florida in 1999. Since 1991 Tammy has been employed in the mental health services industry, starting her career at Parent Child Center of the Palm Beaches for 9 years. She then worked at the Center for Children in Crisis where she assisted children and their families dealing with the trauma of sexual abuse, and as a therapist at Sandy Pines, a child and adolescent psychiatric hospital. She has been a private practitioner for 6 years.
Her specialties include: Depression, Anxiety, Marital Counseling and Child Behavioral Issues such as ADHD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
She specializes in working with children, adolescents and adults providing individual, couples and family therapy. She also has vast experience using play therapy with children having studied under a certified play therapist.
Tammy lives in Jupiter with her husband and sons. She is active in the community and has lived in Florida for over 30 years.
