Gail is the Clinical Director and founding member of Family Counseling Associates. She received her Masters Degree in Social Work from Barry University and was licensed by the State of Florida as a psychotherapist in 1996. She has over 20 years experience in the field of mental health and has been in private practice for the past 13 years.
Prior to her private practice, she was employed by the Parent Child Center of the Palm Beaches for seven years as an outpatient therapist providing psychotherapy to children and their families. Gail was instrumental in the development of the Attention Deficit Disorders (ADHD) Clinic at the agency and gained extensive experience in the areas of childhood developmental/behavioral disorders as well as taught parenting classes for families struggling with discipline issues.
In her private practice, Gail works with children and adults who are dealing with issues such as depression, anxiety, panic attacks and obsessive compulsive disorder.
Gail also enjoys working with couples to improve their relationships through marriage/couples counseling and annually attends the national "Smart Marriages" conference to receive specialized training in this area. She also has experience working with divorced and blended families to assist them with the challenges that often come as a result.
Gail is married and lives with her husband and children in Jupiter, FL where she is actively involved in her community.
