Julie received both her Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Social Work from Florida State University in Tallahassee. 

Julie has worked in the field of counseling for over 15 years. Julie has worked with a whole range of populations and has experience in the areas of couples, blended families, treatment of depression and anxiety, grief and loss, and a specialty in addictions counseling.

Julie has worked in the settings of medical hospitals, mental health hospitals, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient therapy. In the outpatient setting she has facilitated groups and currently has a weekly women's group as well as looks forward to starting other groups that are needed in the community. Julie is a lifelong resident of Palm Beach Gardens where she resides with her husband and two children.
